December 4th -- all of the Mt. Carroll Merchants invite you to spend the day with them. There will be special sales & goodies. Dickens' characters stroll around downtown (you know, where we are). A wonderful horse-drawn wagon tours our historic village. And, of course, there's Santa, too! Stay two nights and get $10 in boutique bucks!
